  • Motivational Month has been an invaluable start to 2025 for me. The support and motivation of a group along with Suzi's relatable life experience and honest, open examples, is a powerful combination. The never miss a Monday sessions are incredible, and I really felt that I learnt alot from the weekly coaching sessions. I finihsed the month with tools to help and support me on my journey of growth and empowerment and I'm loving continuing working together.

  • I really enjoyed motivation month, it definitely did what it said on the tin, and gave me a great start to the year. I loved the community WhatsApp group, it felt like a safe place to share my thoughts and get inspiration from the others. I've taken so much from the Wednesday workshops, learning to set my intentions for each day/week. GOD has been very useful when I'm not feeling it. Getting one done, gives me the boost to do more and create the consistency that I need to keep myself motivated - I would throughly recommend joining a motivational groups, It is money well spent.

  • I have followed Suzanne for a few years now taking part in her lives and a few online courses she has ran. Suzanne recently ran a motivation month membership and I signed up straight away. I am not the most confident person but Suzanne is down to earth and puts you at ease, and her positivity makes you want to get involved. Just in one month I have seen massive changes to who I am and how I think and respond to situations, I've always been a people pleaser but now have more confidence to say no for me through Suzanne's teachings. I was always a night owl but I find myself so looking forward to never miss a Monday at 6am where Suzanne covers meditation, which was new to me, but I find amazing, calming and definitely helps my mental health and sleep, then we do journaling and a workout. If someone even at the end of last year said I would be up at 6am on a Monday morning doing burpees and bear crawls I would have laughed but now I'm loving my new lifestyle and new found confidence. Huge thank you Suzanne.
