A HUGE thank you for the online course you delivered ‘Eradicating Self-Judgment’.

I had been very unhappy in my job for several years and kept applying and interviewing for new roles but nothing had come to fruition. During your course I applied for a new job and had the interview a few days later. I adopted your principles in the interview and although I was initially unsuccessful, the feedback was amazing! They were raving about how well I did! Fast forward 5 days later, I had a call from the head of the department saying they wanted me in their team and the company had rejigged their budget and found a position for me. Thanks to your methods I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I’m so excited to start my new job and build on my life.

thank you for running the course this week, it’s been really useful.

Whilst I’ve accepted who I am and like/trust myself more, there were several gaps I knew I still needed to work through but I just did’t know where to start - until this week! The PowerPoint summary you presented to us on the final day of the course, is going to massively help moving forward. I can’t wait to get it up on my wall as a daily reminder to continue to push out of my comfort zone.

“When I joined, I was already around 100 days alcohol free but wanted to introduce other aspects to my ‘new life’ such as eating more plant based and upping the exercise routine.

The 28 day challenge gave me the tools to do just this - a daily meal plan along with a daily exercise routine and also some mindfulness thrown in.

There was also a weekly cook along with nutritional experts who not only demonstrated how to cook certain dishes but explained the benefits of being plant based.

The weekly members zoom meetings were great to have an opportunity to meet other people and chat about the success’s or issues we were having in a lovely fun way.

Now, I pay more attention to my overall health and well being.

It is 28 days well spent that will give you the insight to focus on the areas you want to.”

“I decided to take on the challenge with The Happy Health Club and wanted to see the experience as a reset for myself.

 I wanted to try and tackle all three pillars of the plan and see where it would take me.

After the first week of being completely plant based and no alcohol I was a lot better in relation to my energy levels and I could see an Improvement in my skin,

 I also decided to try supplements as advised also on the plan which I will now be carrying on with for the foreseeable.

I enjoyed the motivational support such as motivational Monday, 5k Friday and enjoyed listening to other members on the sober sessions, it felt like a real community for the whole 28 days, I really enjoyed that aspect.

I've tried every diet fad under the sun to try and be a better version of myself and I can honestly say that going plant based is the absolute best, it is something I have always had a curiosity about but not enough knowledge to take up.

Through Suzanne’s own experiences, her knowledge, passion and coaching style, I managed to delve deeper and find the confidence and strength to work on areas of my life for the first time.
